QBIC provides space for its incubatees to establish themselves and grow. Our purpose-built facilities located in the New Industrial Area have an area of 20,000 m2, which can accommodate office space for 150 businesses as well as 12 industrial workshops.
What can entrepreneurs get out of QBIC?
We offer a complete range of services either to start up from your first idea or to grow an existing company, including space, support, industrial workshops for light manufacture, smart financing , and mentoring and coaching.
We know that space is vital and often difficult to obtain and keep for start-ups, which is why at QBIC:

Industrial Workshops
QBIC helps light manufacturing businesses to grow not only through this provision of workshop space, but also by assigning mentors who are vertical experts in the particular line of business of these companies. Industry experts can meet online or offline with companies, either regularly or as needed depending on specific requirements.
We at QBIC offer (3,100sqm net) space for 12 workshops space ranging from 110sqm to 280sqm.
